Everything about the Clarion is wonderful: parking is free, the location is EXCELLENT, and the breakfast is yummy and abundant. They also offer snacks, wine and beer for purchase and the staff were wonderfully accommodating. We were actually in town for a funeral and they allowed me to print the eulogy we'd forgotten at home at no cost.

I never really comment on things like this, But hand to God this hotel has the softest best towels ever! It was very clean, it was very quiet. We microwaved popcorn, it was perfect. The only thing that wasn't absolutely perfect was If you are over 5'7, you will more than likely need to duck under the shower heads, the tubs are raised pretty high for the shower head, but it was a comfortable shower The water was hot. The breakfast was amazing! We stayed overnight for around $100 on a Saturday and it was so relaxing the beds were ridiculously comfortable. I honestly want to know what brand of towels they use because these are the best towels I have ever had at a hotel! We didn't even try the pool but everybody said that the water was very warm and nice, but if you want a very comfortable bed to sleep on and the best towels of your life, stay here!

We got there at around 11:30pm went to check in and the guy at desk was super friendly. We asked if there was any coffee in the lobby. He said no not till in the morning but I can make you some and he did soon as we got up to the room and back down to the lobby he had the coffee mad already. The room was super clean and the beds were really comfortable. Every time we have to stay in Asheville that is our goto hotel. It’s very affordable and is always clean and staff very helpful and friendly.

What a beautiful location! Easy to find and the room was super clean, bed very comfortable, and the receptionist was so helpful and kind...she gave great advice on when to arrive at Biltmore, and even let me check-in early. Breakfast was good, appreciated the choices and check-out was super easy. All in all, a great stay.

Room was updated smelled fresh the heater worked well.Shower was good, adequate pillows bed was firm but good.Corridors and balconies were free of trash debris and leaves.Breakfast was good,waffles,cereal,eggs,sausage,yogurt bagels ect.Staff was friendly

Motel appeared fairly new and well maintained. Lobby and rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Beds and pillows were comfortable with plenty of pillows provided. Breakfast was a combination of some hot and cold options with a decent variety to choose from (however, I would have liked some pastry options besides just muffins). For dinner or lunch, there is a Texas Roadhouse Restaurant right next door, within easy walking distance.

This is as good as motels in the US get. Well maintained, spacious and super-comfortable. Being built into a hill gives it a unique feel as well.
